Spains Loses To Chile, Ending Their Hopes On Wednesday Of Becoming Back-To-Back World Cup Champions

Spain loses to Chile, eliminating themselves from their hope of winning back-to-back World Cups with a 2-0 loss on Wednesday. 

Chile is now 2-0 in group-play, but Spain is now 0-2. They also made history by losing their first two games in group play, which is the first time in history that the defending World Cup champions lose their opening matches as they attempt to defend their title.
