‘The Flash’ TV Series Spoilers: Barry Allen Gets ‘Friend Zoned’ By Iris West; Pilot Episode Up For Screening In San Diego Comic Con?

"The Flash" TV series spoilers are here and Barry Allen gets "Friend Zoned" by the girl of his dreams, Iris West. It's also reported that the pilot will be screened during the San Diego Comic Con.

The CW network released a featurette, which served as "The Flash" TV series spoilers, and it shows Barry Allen trying to work up his guts in finally telling Iris West (Candice Patton) about what he really feels about her.

In the video, Candice Patton is shown commenting and she says: "She's known Barry since they were kids, they were friends in school and they became really close after Barry moved in with her and her family after his mom passed away."

When Barry Allen tries to say that he likes a girl, Iris West doesn't make a connection and feels that he is coming to her for advice.

"It's tough to get friend zoned. They've just been friends for so long that maybe Iris is aloofed at the idea that Barry's has had these feelings for her for so long," Candice Patton added.

Meanwhile, according to Comic Central City, CW network and DC Comics will reportedly screen not just "The Flash" TV series spoilers but the whole pilot episode during the 2014 San Diego Comic Con.

The pilot episode has in fact already been shown to a select number of people, among them was "The Arrow" star Stephen Amell who took to his Twitter to rave about the show. "The #Flash pilot is excellent. Congratulations to @ziking11, @grantgust and all involved!!"

Johan Weiland also chimed in via Twitter: "I had high expectations for The Flash pilot, but that went FAR beyond what I expected. @grantgust nails it, carries the show well."

Eric Goldman added: "Watched my first new series pilot today. The Flash, naturally. There is an awwwwesome DC nod I didn't expect."
