Transformers Star Shia LaBeouf Charge With A Number Of Criminal Offense! Brad Pitt’s ‘Fury’ Co-Star Caught Chasing A Homeless Man Hours Before Arrest

While Transformers: Age of Extinction is busy taking over the box office by storm, its former star Shia LaBeouf is caught in scandalous arrest following misdemeanor at Studio 54 featuring the musical "Cabaret" in New York city.

"It's due to his violent behavior toward patrons," Brian Seesa, a police spokesperson told the Los Angeles Times on Thursday night.

LaBeouf reportedly refused to leave the studio after he scandalously stood up in the middle of the performance and started shouting at the actors performing on stage.

According to the police officer in charge, the former Transformers star pulled out obscene behavior:

"I observed the defendant scream at me in substance ... Do you know my life? ... Do you know who I am?"

 "I observed the spit land at my feet," the police officer added.

After spending a night in jail, LaBeouf was arraigned and charged with two counts of trespassing, two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of harassment in the second degree. The actor is due back in court on July 24.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that "Transformers" star Shia LaBeouf was chasing around a homeless guy in the middle of the street before he was arrested on Thursday night.

Brad Pitt's "Fury" co-star was reportedly got into a brawl with the man over a hat. According to a witness, Shia thought that the homeless guy was wearing his hat and he was trying to get it back.

LaBeouf looking "whacked out" kept telling the man "It's me, Shia," the witness added.

Shia LaBeouf, who stars with Brad Pitt in the upcoming WWII movie "Fury," has been engaged in a series of unusual scandal in recent months.

He was accused of plagiarism for a short film that he made, which showed noticeable resemblance to Daniel Clowes novel.

Later in January, the "Transformers" star then announced that he was quitting his acting career. He then showed up at a movie premiere in Berlin covering his face with a paper bag with words, "I am not famous anymore."
