Previous reports suggested that the iOS 8 beta 3 download will arrive tomorrow, July 8. However, the latest test version of Apple's upcoming mobile software became available a day earlier with the iOS 8 beta 3 download now available for developers.

According to a report on MacRumors, the iOS 8 beta 3 download, with build number 12A4318c, brings in various improvements and UI tweaks, making the firmware "feel both faster and more polished."

Particularly, Apple users who will get the iOS 8 beta download will find new beta versions of the "Find My iPhone" and "Find My Friend" apps. Citing the release notes, the Find My Friends iOS app will enable the users to "move their friends list to an iCloud account if necessary."

Moreover, another feature included in the ios 8 beta 3 download is the iCLoud Drive, which allows the users to store all types of file. As reported by Cult of Mac, a new iCloud Drive icon is added to the iCloud Settings menu and this new feature "can be toggled on and off to allow apps to store documents and data in your iCloud."

The iOS 8 beta 3 download also includes new set of colorful wallpapers, available for the iPad and the iPhone. So far, only Still wallpapers have been released by Apple. Dynamic wallpapers might be available later on, or when the iOS 8 GM is launched.

A new toggle was also added in the iOS 8 beta 3 download, letting the users to opt for the automatic saving of photos and videos received from SMS and iMessage.

The iOS 8 beta 3 download is recommended only for developers that are member of Apple Developer Center. To be a member, an annual fee of $99 is required.
