TFIOS fans in some Asian countries will be able to watch "The Fault In Our Stars" full movie when its respective theatrical release schedule happens this month. According to IMDB.com, the release date for "The Fault In Our Stars" in Malaysia is set for July 17. TFIOS will premiere in Thailand on July 24.
Next month, particularly on August 14, fans in Hong Kong will finally have the chance to watch "The Fault In Our Stars" full movie.
According to Forbes.com, the film debuted with $48M earnings. As of July 7, the film which stars Shailene Woodley (Hazel Grace Lancaster) and Ansel Elgort (Augustus Waters) already acquired domestic total earnings of $116,475,703, as posted on Box Office Mojo website. Meanwhile, international earnings of TFIOS already reached 103,700,000.
As for other related news, the canal-side bench featured in TFIOS went missing last week, according to reports.
Those who were able to watch "The Fault In Our Stars" full movie may remember the bench where the main characters Hazel and Augustus sat and shared a special moment in one of the essential scenes in the film. However, last week, it was reported that the said bench was missing from the Leidsegracht district in Holland.
Thankfully, the bench is already back in its original location, according to Amsterdam officials, as recently reported by Time.com. It was also confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that the reported bench that was the same one used when shooting the film.
