‘Sin City: A Dame To Kill For' Trailer: Nancy Callahan Is Fierce! [VIDEO] Jessica Alba Sheds Cute Image For A 'Jagged' Look!

The sequel to "Sin City" is called "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For." Don't be misled though, the dames get to do some killing in this new installment. Even the dancing damsel in distress, Nancy Callahan.

A video clip features Nancy looking distraught, grabbing a pair of scissors, and seems to imply that she might cut herself. She did, but not in the way you think. The ghost (a vision) of her protector John Hartigan (Bruce Willis).

Entertainment Weekly had her featured in their summer cover. EW talked with her about the transition of Nancy Callahan, as well as her own: "She was more naive in the first film. Ignorance was bliss. In this one there's no bliss and no ignorance. I wanted her to transition from being a victim to being someone who's in control of her own story."

"I was such a deer in the headlights when I did the first one. I was so green and just trying to take it all in. I have a fearlessness now that I didn't before."

Alba was also in Glamour Magazine's cover, where they talked more about her courage in real life.

" I was like, 'These are not my people.' My parents did the best they could with what they had. They were just trying to survive. I was raised by my grandparents and my parents-my grandmother was a very religious Catholic, and my parents became born-again Christians later. So that was hard-core. It's very different than how [my children are] being raised. I was into God. I really went for it, man. Like, in the IE-the Inland Empire, outside L.A., where all the smog blows-they want to save your soul. The further I got into it, it wasn't for me. But I'm very close to my family [today]. Church gave me that enlightenment, that there's something bigger than yourself. I'm still connected to a spiritual thing, just not that."

She applied all the lessons in her adult life now that she's married and advocating The Honest Company which created more than 65 toxin-free household and beauty products that are sold online and in more than 700 stores all across the US."
