Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Release Date Will Be On September 3, Get Ready For The Best Phablet In The Market

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date is already confirmed in separate reports today, as stated in an invitation for the Unpacked event on September 3, during the IFA event in Berlin.

The upcoming Android phone will be one of the most awaited handsets this year, joining the iPhone 6, as the top two smartphones expected to be announced this quarter.

So what do we expect from the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 as far as specs are concerned?

Like its predecessor, the Galaxy Note 4 is expected to offer everything the Korean tech giant has its sleeve for Android and Samsung fans to enjoy.

The display is pretty much the same size at 5.7 inches, though the phablet may get a QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution display like what the LG G3 has. So if the Note 3's screen was top notch, then the Note 4's display will be over the top with Super AMOLED technology pairing with QHD resolution.

With the Galaxy Alpha coming before the Note 4, we also expect the Samsung phablet to get a metal frame, though for the past years, the Korean manufacturer has opted for cheaper polycarbonate plastic.

Last year, the Galaxy Note 3 had a 13MP primary shooter, and this time around the Note 4 could get the same 16MP of the Galaxy S5, but with a better sensor that suppors optical image stabilization.

As for features, the Galaxy Note 4 would come with a water and dust resistant body, a heart-rate monitor and a fingerprint scanner. Rumors are pointing to an iris or retina scanner though that is not confirmed right now.

Similar to the previous generation phablet, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 should be paired with another Galaxy Gear smartwatch just like the Note 3 when the Korean tech giant introduced its first ever wearable Android device.
