Warner Bros. indulges us with another game of Fill in the Blanks when it recently announced nine official release dates all through 2020. This followed the official word that "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" moves its release date from May to March 2016, nine other movies, all as of yet untitled, have been given release dates.

"The new dates are as follows:

Aug. 5, 2016: Untitled DC Film

June 23, 2017: Untitled DC Film

Nov. 17, 2017: Untitled DC Film

March 23, 2018: Untitled DC Film

July 27, 2018: Untitled DC Film

April 5, 2019: Untitled DC Film

June 14, 2019: Untitled DC Film

April 3, 2020: Untitled DC Film

June 19, 2020: Untitled DC Film"

Note that Warner did not take a May release date anymore, but they were at March and June, and April and July. July was a successful date for them, dating back to the "The Dark Knight."

One of these dates belong to the Justice League, and it is still undetermined whether they are shooting the film back-to-back with "Batman V Superman." It has been done before with "Pirates of the Carribean" and the "Matrix" sequels.

Latino Review broke that story early this year citing these reasons:

" To maximize everyone's schedules. Ben Affleck is a busy man, Henry Cavill is in-demand, and Johnson is a workaholic. Not to mention Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, and the rest of the unannounced cast are no slouches either."

"Because Batman vs Superman is going to end with an insane cliffhanger/teaser that leads right into Justice League and, like those other back-to-back productions, they want to be able to deliver the second film within a year to strike while the iron is hot. Could this very aggressive approach be how DC intends to pull the rug right out from under rival Marvel Studios? Sure could be."

The reasons sound logical, and it seems like Warner is indeed trudging that path.

Considering these, Justice League may end up with a 2017 release date. It's a safe year since it is assumed that "Avengers 3" will not be shown until 2018. Our final answer for the Justice League release date: June 23, 2017.

Of course, it's not official, just reading from the clues.
