Cleveland Cavaliers News: Love Trade To LeBron-Led Cavs Already A Done Deal That Includes Wiggins, Bennett, 2015 Pick, Parties Just Waiting For August 23

After what appeared to be a long wait, the latest Cleveland Cavaliers news will certainly bring a smile to their fans as premier big man Kevin Love is bound for LBJ's new team before the month ends.

In a report by Yahoo Sports, the Cavs and Wolves have come to a 'firm agreement' that Minnesota would send Love to Cleveland before the month ends in place for first overall picks Andrew Wiggins and Athony Bennett, and a first round pick for next year.

In the report however, the Cavs have only agreed after getting a nod from Love that he would test free agency next year only to re-sign again with Cleveland for a 5-year contract worth about $120 million. However, per NBA rules, any negotiations between the Cavs and Love should not take place until the elite forward has already become a free agent.

Still, this is a big win for the Cavs who certainly are looking towards the NBA Finals for this upcoming season.

A depleted Eastern Conference would certainly help the Cavs as they aim for the top. Miami has lost its Big Three and is now the Big Two, plus the role players Heat president Pat Riley has managed to assemble after James' departure.

Indiana, which posted the best record in the East last year by the end of the season has lost two of its key scorers and defenders in Lance Stephenson (free agency) and Paul George (compund leg fracture). Those losses would certainly hurt as the Pacers would be banking solely on David West and Roy Hibbert, whose infamous performance in last year's Playoffs sure does not give a good sign.

The only real threat to the Cavs right now before wrecking havoc in the East is the Chicago Bulls who gets a revitalized Derrick Rose, and an arsenal of offensive players in Pau Gasol, Doug McDermott and Nikola Mirotic. Coach Thibodeau's team defense gameplay would certainly be a test to LeBron and company's offensive prowess.

This is going to be an exciting NBA season.
