Kim Kardashian and Kanye West: Kim Kardashian was so excited to move in to their newly-acquired whooping $20 Million-worth mansion in Hidden Hills Mansion. Though, Kardashian and Kanye West finally found their own new crib, still it can be noticed that the mansion still stood near Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner.

In an interview by People happily said that she is so ready for their new "amazing" home. ""I am so ready to be out of my mom's house, you have no idea. But it will be nice to still be close."

Since she gave birth to her first-born child (North West) in June 2013, Kardashian has stayed in her mom's house. But it will not be until a few months from now until Kardashian and Kanye West will finalize moving out from their current abode.

Before buying the property in Hidden Hills, the couple reportedly bought another house in southern California which was subjected to a long period of renovation. Supposed to be their marital house, Bel-Air Home will be sold as what sources reported to E.

Bel-Air, Kardashian's dream house, is too far from Kris Jenner's mom and Kardashian wanted to live close to her mom, reports said. And of course, West does everything to make his wife happy and thus acquiesce to her decision.

Kardashian's dream to have more space in raising baby North West is here at last with this mansion's 3.5 acre-expanse and a 15,667-square foot house in it. The mansion, previously owned by Lisa Marie Presley (Elvis Presley's daughter) has two pools, two spas and a vineyard. One can also find amenities like a gourmet kitchen, eight bedrooms, a wide gym, a movie theater among others.

Very few private-owned residents are allowed in Hidden Hills. Moreover, Kardashian and West's mansion was protected with massive wood gates which open up to a spacious circular motor court that can accommodate cars during parties.

Living near the Kardashians has also been a pleasure to West. Sources said that since West' mother (Donda West) passed away, the couple has lived in the Kardashian's who treated West "like a king" with "fresh towels and a big breakfast every morning".

"It's home sweet home. He loves being there," a source told Hollywood Life.
