As "Grey's Anatomy" begins filming for season 11, spoilers regarding new additions to the cast have surfaced.

First, it's been confirmed by E! Online that Oscar-winning actress Geena Davis will be scrubbing in on "Grey's Anatomy" season 11. Spoilers confirm that the 58-year-old actress will portray a surgeon for a major recurring arc, although no other details have been given.

Could this be the rise of a new series regular after the exit of Sandra Oh at the end of season 10?
