K-Pop stars have once again proven their soaring popularity in Japan.

The Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) certification released on July 10 for the month of June, revealed T-ARA's first studio album "Jewelry Box" released on June 6, Girls' Generation and 2PM's single "Paparazzi" and "Beautiful" have all achieved gold status for selling over 100,000 copies.

RIAJ certification is based off the total number of CDs and DVDs sold to retailers. K-Pop's popularity is proven by placing even three groups to achieve gold status merely in a month.

Girls' Generation and 2PM are currently busy with their individual schedule while T-ARA made their comeback with "Day by Day."
