The two phones are constructed differently, iPhone 5S is made of metal while the iPhone 5C is made of plastic. In terms of design, iPhone 5S comes across as a serious and stuffy alternative while iPhone 5C is in curve shapes with smooth edges.

The iPhone 5C features an Apple A6, 32bit, 1GB RAM processor while the iPhone 5S features the Apple a7, 64-bit, 1GB RAM.

With regards to price, iPhone 5S costs slightly lower the price than iPhone 5S. It is retailing at $787 while latter is $922.
