According to NDTV, Sony failed with the pricing of the T3, which is now available in India. The handset’s retail price is RS 27,990 which is an estimated $460. Though it has great battery life and decent camera performance, nothing else about the Sony Xperia T3 price-to-performance ratio is justified.

NDTV noted that it isn’t compelling enough to be recommended to anyone. The same amount of money can purchased two Xiaomi Mi3s, Moto Gs, and Zenfone 5S. In a market where budget-friendly handsets are springing up and only the best of the best flagships can afford to have a premium price tag, the Xperia T3 maybe amiss in its target.

The performance of the Sony Xperia T3 goes from decent to excellent. In a review by the aforementioned tech site, they noted that thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor the T3 runs on, the handset was zippy and has little to no lag. Apps opened and closed swiftly and users could browse through the app drawer with ease, NDTV reported.

If you’re a gamer, the T3 can accommodate casual games like Temple Run and Angry Birds. The Adreno 305 GPU allows for such mobile conveniences. A more intense game, however, like Shadowgun, leads to deadzone and a stuttering handset during the gunfights.

The Sony Xperia T3 can play videos hassle-free, including heavily encoded 1080p clip. It's speakers are deemed to be one of the loudest amongst mobile handsets and can deliver sound very clearly as well. In terms of battery, this premium device can last up to 11 hours and 6 minutes on basic tasks.
