Wonder Girls Releases “Nobody” Japanese Music Video with Different Style

It will be a mistake to think of the same "Nobody."

Wonder Girls released the music video of "Nobody" before the release of their Japanese single to be released on 25th of July.

Wonder Girls before used the same "Nobody" music video as part of their entry into the American market as their Korean music video. However this time for their Japanese debut, the group presented a completely different style of "Nobody."

The girls are seen in a different style from their previous "Nobody" which was based off the retro style using the 1960-70s group Supremes as their inspiration and wore evening dresses. Instead wore a clean cut one color dress with modern day hair and makeup.

The choreography and the song remained the same. However the overall style of the members changed creating a completely different unique atmosphere.

Park Jin Young also didn't make an appearance in the music video. There was a brief appearance of the retro mood in the middle of the music video however the different hairstyle and makeup clearly helped each member's personality to stand out.

Internet users commented after watching the music video, "The concept is refreshing and pretty," "I'm suddenly envious of Japan, I wish they did this concept in Korea too," "Didn't realize Sunye can look this good with long hair, everyone's style improved," and "I like the retro Nobody but this style is also charming."

Wonder Girls debut Japanese single "Nobody for Everybody," a remake of their 2008 hit "Nobody" will be released in July 25. The girls will also hold an album launch party on July 26 in Tokyo, to thank the fans for their support.
