"Revenge" season 4 spoilers promise of a set of surprises for the premiere episode as Emily Thorne is now a graphic novel released by Marvel Comics.

Executive producer Sunil Nayar revealed "Revenge" season 4 spoilers to TVFanatic when he said, "I think the season premiere is going to be full of surprises, full of unexpected payoffs to our cliffhangers."

He said that Amanda Clarke has become Emily Thorne for so long that there could be consequences to her real identity, particularly with her supposedly dead father David Clarke coming back.

"David's been wherever David's been for so long, and what does it mean to be back in the world? And so I think one of the things that we are fascinated to explore is to figure out who our people are and who they really are struggling to try to be and who they're actually capable of being," he said.

Meanwhile, TVLine revealed more "Revenge" season 4 spoilers when it reported the addition of "The Simpsons" voice actor Yeardley Smith to the cast.

"Yeardley will play Phyllis, a fellow patient at the mental institution where Victoria was admitted (against her will) in the Season 3 finale," the website said.

Meanwhile, the Marvel graphic novel titled "Revenge: The Secret Origin of Emily Thorne" said that the comics is inspired by the "Revenge" TV series over at ABC.  

According to the description of the graphic novel, which sells for $18.62 for the hardcover and $11.99 for the Kindle, "Emily Thorne is a wealthy and good-natured philanthropist who recently befriended the powerful Grayson family. But Emily's real name is Amanda Clarke."
