Halle Berry is an out of this world astronaut with an ever more out of this world kid on CBS's Extant, but when she comes down to earth she burns up the atmosphere.

Halle Berry positively sizzles in the ad for her new fragrance, Wild Essence. The 47-year-old actress graces the jungle-themed promotion in a black sheer dress with a thigh-high slit. Berry is hoping to inspire women to connect with their true sensuality and embrace their instinct.

"I love the idea of creating a fragrance that will allow women to connect with nature, through perfume, so with my newest fragrance I wanted to go deep into the rainforest where I could capture the primal richness of nature in an effortless scent," said Halle. "The essence of a woman is in body and soul and becomes more sensual in nature. Inspired by Halle's raw natural beauty, Perfumer Claude Dir ingeniously blended the top notes with a floral heart bouquet of freesia, linden blossom, white rose and cotton flower Wild Essence is Berry's the sixth fragrance. It joins Exotic Jasmine, Closer, Pure Orchid and her signature Halle perfume. Wild Essence costs about $28 for 30ml.

On the website for her range of fragrances, Berry says Wild Essence "captures the sensual essence of a women in nature ... beautiful, modern, sexy, yet always desirable." The web site calls Wild Essence a "sparkling, multi-floral' aroma that captured 'the sensual essence of a women in nature." The perfume includes Sicilian bergamot, black currant and mandarin zest with hints of sandalwood bark and white patchouli.
