Crystal Palace will face off against rival West Ham United on Saturday, placing two of the English Premier League's closely followed teams against each other.

Crystal Palace, coming out of a 2-1 loss to Arsenal, is expected to be the favorite in the match.

Crystal Palace manager Keith Millen said Malky Mackay and Iain Moody face a difficult future, The Guardian reports.

"It's a difficult one. It's [text messages] a difficult thing to justify, you can't be saying them sort of things, if they're true. It will be difficult, but you don't know in time," he said, according to the newspaper.

"Iain was brought in to do a job to recruit and scout players, and Iain was experienced at that job. The chairman [Steve Parish] will now have to look at that situation, to see whether he wants to bring someone in."

West Ham United, coming out of a 1-0 loss to the Tottenham Hotspurs, is expected to be the underdog in the match.

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce said his team is ready to establish themselves in the Premier League's top-ten list, The Mirror reports.

"Let's not forget that year one was a massive overachievement which built expectation for us," he said, according to the site.

"Finishing 10th in your first year is a major success, and there's a backlash to that success always in the game."
