Former Teen Mom Farrah Abraham, who just signed a $544,000 contract to dance at an Austin, Texas, strip club "for research," bought a luxurious new Mercedes Benz with the money.

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star posted the news to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Farrah posted a picture of the car, adding, "Love my new car!"

According to a report by Guyism, the "E63 AMG Mercedes Benz, base price $99,770."

E! News reported that Farrah Abraham, 23, got a job a few weeks ago as a cocktail waitress at Palazio Gentlemen's Club in Austin, Texas. She soon found out she was more popular at the pole than serving drinks.

Abraham told E! News "I'm doing research. A friend of mine works there and I'm researching. I've been trying out all the roles that make up a gentleman's club, including cocktailing and dancing. There's management and there's cooking too. It's job shadowing that I hope pays off. ... "In the same way Jennifer Aniston researched her role as a stripper, that's what I'm doing. It's how I get the information to write my books and do my movies."

That research is turning out to be very lucrative. RadarOnline.com reported that Abraham claimed she signed a $544,000 contract to dance in Palazio's Celebrity House Feature. Farrah's new gig is scheduled to open on Aug. 22. It will cost customers $2,500 for an hour or $500 for 10 minutes.

Farrah Abraham, who was one of the original stars of MTV's "Teen Mom," is putting her sex tape behind her. Besides the stripper job Abraham recently released a book and announced plans for a frozen yogurt stop in Austin. Farrah also starred in a movie and announced that she will be going back to college.

Farrah's residency at the Palazio Gentleman's Club runs through New Year's Eve. A dance from her reportedly costs $500 for 10 minutes, or $2,500 for an hour. Fro-yo is extra.

Abraham isn't the first C-list celebrity to hit the pole. In 2011, Danielle Staub peeled for customers at Scores Gentleman's Club in New York City. Last year "Octomom" Nadya Suleman was paid $20,000 to strip at West Palm Beach's T's Lounge.
