What happened on "Rizzoli & Isles" last week?

On "Phoenix Rising," last Tuesday's episode, "The team joins forces with Korsak in a bid to crack a cold case. Jane, still unable to return to duty, takes unconventional measures to stay involved."

According to Classicalite, "Next week's mid-season finale introduces Battlestar Galactica vet Jamie Bamber. The offical plot synopis for that episode, titled "Burden of Proof," reads: 'A high-profile prosecutor is arrested for murder, but Jane soon suspects he didn't commit the crime. Meanwhile, Angela educates Maura about modern-day kids when Maura anticipates meeting Jack's 12-year-old daughter.'"

"Recently, the show introduced the "replacement," of sorts for Barry Frost, who was played by Lee Thompson Young, who took his own life last year. Executive producer Jan Nash recently spoke with TV Guide about not making a big deal out replacing Frost," continued Classicalite.
