QPR will face off against rival Sunderland on Saturday, placing two of the English Premier League's closely followed teams against each other.

QPR, coming out of a 4-0 loss to the Tottenham Hotspurs, is expected to be the underdog in the match.

QPR manager Harry Redknapp will sign a two-year contract extension with the team, The Guardian reports.

"Maybe [I'll sign] today or tomorrow, whenever," he said, according to the site

"It's there, Tony's offered me an extension for two years and I'll sign it. I haven't read it, I probably won't read it, I'll just sign it."

Sunderland, coming out of a 1-1 tie with Manchester United, is expected to be the underdog in the match.

Sunderland manager Gus Poyet said Lee Cattermole can get into the England team, The Guardian also reports.

"Lee needs to say: 'If I keep performing the way I have been, then sooner or later I'm going to have a chance,'" Poyet said, according to the site.

"I think there's a big opportunity for English midfielders after the decisions of Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard to retire from international football. If Jack Colback and Fabian Delph don't take their chance this time, maybe another player will come into consideration - and that could be Lee."
