Upcoming Motorola Phones 2014: New Flagship Detailed In Leaked Image, Moto X+1 Boasts Four Front Sensors, Circular LED Flash Around Primary Camera, HTC-Style Stereo Speakers

If you have been looking for upcoming Motorola phones for 2014, then consider this as your lucky day.

TK Tech News have been on a roll lately with a number of leaks, and today it managed to get an exclusive leaked image of the Motorola Moto X+1 before its official launch at the IFA event in Berlin.

In the report by GSM Arena, TK Tech News posted a couple of images which show us what the new flagship smartphone looks like.

In the image, the smartphone looks slightly bigger than the Moto X from last year, and there are a number of design changes.

First up are the grills in front which look like speakers. From just a single speaker, the Motorola flagship now has two speakers which look like the BoomSound speakers of recent HTC devices.

Interestingly, there appears to be four sensors in front of the Moto X+1 which are still mysterious, though they may offer the same functions as the ones present in the Amazon Fire Phone which allows for 3D perspective.

At the back, the phone is covered by a a plastic case that looks like wood, while an aluminum frame keeps the phone in place.

There is also an oversized Motorola logo at the back, and it offers something else aside from displaying the phone's branding. It is actually a power button, and while we wish it would come with a fingerprint sensor, we should not be expecting too much.

Slightly higher than the Motorola logo is the primary camera with a similar radius and color. In the report, the camera is surrounded by a circular LED flash, which is a first in the smartphone business.

The Motorola event at the IFA showcase is slated on September 4, which is only a couple of days away. We'll see how this new flagship Android smartphone performs in the market.
