‘American Horror Story’ Cast To Finally Welcome Lea Michele? Brunette Beauty Willing To Ditch ‘Glee’ Spin-off Role In Exchange Of Appearance On FX’s Horror Show?

Lea Michele has been very vocal when it comes to her desire for an appearance on "American Horror Story." Some fans of the horror anthology series can't help but speculate whether the Broadway character will soon visit the creepy show.

When interviewed by Ellen DeGeneres last March, the 28-year-old actress made sure to let creator Ryan Murphy know that she'd want to secure a role on "American Horror Story."

"I know what the theme is for next year, and I'm in. So, if he'll have me ... at least, maybe for one episode. Let's start that campaign," she said.

She also previously told Billboard magazine that she talked to Murphy about the possibility of her joining the FX show's cast: "I have basically talked to Ryan Murphy about it every day. If I could get my fans to start working on it for me, it would be great. I have been literally begging him."

International Business Times reports that since "Glee" season 5 won't start until Spring 2015, the brunette beauty might have ample time to film for "American Horror Story: Freak Show."

For the meantime, the "Cannonball" songstress can focus on her role as truck stop waitress Gertie on "Sons of Anarchy." Her appearance was supposedly a one-time deal but director Paul Barclay admitted that Michele performed so well that she might be back for more episodes.

"We love her. We're trying to find a way to bring her back," Barclay told E! News adding that Michele's acting was "completely naturalistic."

"Sons of Anarchy" season 7 will be airing on September 9 whereas "American Horror Story: Freak Show" will premiere on October 8.
