Kim Kardashian is naked on the cover of British GQ. And the "Keeping Up With the Kardashian" star was so satisfied with the results that she shared a preview of it on her Instagram account.

Kim Kardshian's naked photo for British GQ was posted by the reality star on her social media account with nothing but a hashtag "#GQ". In the photo, Kanye West's wife is lying on her stomach, completely naked but for a pair of stilettos, bending her legs in such a way that it covers her bum strategically.

On the cover, which was first posted on Instagram by her mother-manager Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian is seen wearing a blond wig and the photo suggests that she's wearing nothing on top. This is not the first time that Kim Kardashian posed naked for a magazine as she graced the cover of Playboy magazine in 2007. 

The revelation of the cover and spread followed Kardashian's acceptance of British GQ's "Woman of the Year" award.

Kardashian accepted her award saying, "It's Kim Kardashian West. I want to thank GQ for making me Woman of the Year, and my husband for making me feel like woman of the year every day."

According to Us Weekly, Kardashian spoke to Nick Grimshaw about the award and gushed, "I like to think of it as a sexy award and fun ... I think it was just such a cool honor."

The reality star also addressed talks about the announcement not including her new surname, saying she was only joking. "They announced me as Kim Kardashian... I hate that people online say mean things because when I got up there I was like, 'It's Kim Kardashian West,' just [joking]," she said. "But on the Internet it was like, 'She's annoyed they called her Kim Kardashian.' [I'm like,] 'No, I'm not!'"
