Netflix has renewed "Hemlock Grove" for season 3 but also announced that this will be the last season of the series. While fans may be disappointed, a "riveting and mind bending conclusion" to "Hemlock Grove" is being promised to devoted viewers.

According to Hypable, Netflix confirmed in a press release that "Hemlock Grove" season 3 will premiere in 2015 but it will also be the last season. "Hemlock Grove" season 3 will have 10 episodes.

Cindy Holland, Netflix Vice President of Original Programming, said in the press release: "We, along with the fans, are looking forward to visiting Hemlock Grove one last time, and we know that [executive producer Chic Eglee], [executive producer Eli Roth], and the team will provide a riveting and mind bending conclusion to complete the series."

Eli Roth added: "We are so grateful to the fans of 'Hemlock Grove' who have championed the series so intensely over two seasons. We are looking forward to taking the last and final season into some dark and unexpected places, and to giving viewers the killer finale you'd come to expect from 'Hemlock Grove.'"

"We are delighted that our fans have invited us back to explore the fiendish recesses of the human condition for another season. Knowing it will be our last, gives us the opportunity to go out in a mushroom cloud of clever and soul shattering mayhem. See you soon on the twisted streets of Hemlock Grove," Eglee continued.

Though fans might be frustrated that they'll have to say goodbye to "Hemlock Grove" after season 3, it looks like the executive producers are ready to pack a punch in the final season!
