Samsung Electronics is expected to make an announcement surrounding the release date of the Galaxy Note 4 at tomorrow's IFA 2014 trade show conference in Berlin.

"I think this is mostly an incremental change," Forrester analyst Thomas Husson told Reuters.

"What is missing is a total experience on top of the device to really differentiate in the interchangeable Android device ecosystem."

Conference organizers describe the event as "must attend show for the professionals and technicians who wish to see the new inventions made in electronic sector that incorporates home appliances, media and communication equipment's and others," according to their website.

The IFA 2014 is scheduled to run from September 5-10 in the German City and will have over 250 visitors along with over 1,400 exhibitors. Some of these exhibitors include well-known companies IBM, Samsung and iRobot.
