iPhone 6 Release Date: This Could Be The Actual Apple Smartphone With More Rounded, Thinner Design, Appears In A Short Hands-On Clip

In spite knowing the actual iPhone 6 release date, which is on September 9, we are still pretty excited whenever a new leaked image or detail about the upcoming Apple smartphone surfaces.

And this time, this could be the very first official look we'll get of the 4.7-inch iPhone 6, and it's even compared to the iPhone 5s.

In the image, the iPhone 6 passes the checklist of alleged specs of the device which have been accumulated in the past few months.

Some of the rumored features of the device include a more rounded display, which means the edges do not have corners anymore. In previous reports, this design decision by Apple will allegedly allow the bigger iPhone to still be used comfortably even with only one hand.

Due to the rounded by familiar design, the iPhone 6 was even compared to a 5th gen iPod Touch. In the images posted by CN Beta, the device will get a Touch ID home button that is located deeper into the phone's surface than the one seen on the iPhone 5s. At the back there are the strips which are reportedly for signal and antenna purposes.

The primary camera will still be the 8MP shooter found in previous models, but this time the camera module will protrude from the surface due to the thinner frame of the iPhone 6.

GSM Arena even cited a very short clip that will showcase how huge the new 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will be when held with just one hand. The person in the video showed the phone's back, and then front before unlocking the phone with the use of its Touch ID fingerprint sensor.

This could very much be the final look for the new iPhone 6, but still we cannot be sure until Apple makes the announcement itself. Fortunately, we don't have to wait much longer.
