iPhone 6 price in India could be an outstanding RS 50,000 and the first Apple phablet, iPhone 6 Plus could go over RS 60,000, according to Business Today. The bundled iPhone 6 will be made available for pre-order on the U.S. Apple.com website beginning September 12 for $199 on a 2-year service agreement for its 16GB variant, the same model available contract-free for $649.

The iPhone 5S was lauched in India for RS 53,500, while it was also price at $649 for a contract-free option when it was made available in the states. Using this as reference, the new Apple flagship could easily be at the same price range. The iPhone 6 Plus, costing a $100 more in the US for an entry-level contract-free version may be available in Indian for over RS 60,000.

Specs of the iPhone 6 include a 4.7-inch LED-backlit screen display with a 1334 x 750 pixel resolution and a 326 ppi. It’s dimensions are 5.44 x 2.64 x 0.27 inches and weighs 4.55 ounces. Under the hood, the iPhone 6 is powered with Apple’s A8 chip and has an 8MP iSight camera with Autofocus features.

The iPhone 6 Plus, Apple’s very first phablet, has a 5.5-inch Retina HD display with an astonishing 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. Dimensions for the unit are 6.22 x 3.06 x 0.28. It’s camera has optical image stabilization and also sports the latest Apple A8 chip under the hood. The 8MP camera of this unit has optical image stablization.

Both iPhones have the Touch ID feature which was first seen in the iPhone 5S. It will also be equipped with Apple Pay, allowing users to use their handsets to pay with their iPhone using Touch ID in stores and apps.
