Real Housewives Of Atlanta Phaedra Parks Husband Goes To Jail Today, September 10th! [VIDEO] RHOA Has Third Stint In Kentucky Prison For Fraud And Identity Theft

Real Housewives Of Atlanta Phaedra Parks Husband Goes To Jail today, September 10th!  Star of RHOA, Phaedra Parks, will has sent off her husband, losing him to for his third stint behind bars. Apollo began his 8 year prison sentence and Phaedra is not going to be waiting around for her husband to be a free man, already starting the divorce process. Go Phaedra! If The Real HOusewives of Atlanta star is smart, she will forget all about her loser husband and take advantage of her situation/ Phaedra should have herown reality show with Bravo. Who needs the other Housewives when this storyline is so juicy?! It It should be documenting how Parks copes as a single mother whose husband is incarcerated. Phaedra knows how to make money, and this is a shining opportunity.   Apollo is total trash. Seems his first two times in jail did not stop the Real Housewives of Atlanta star from breaking the law yet again. On top of prison, Apollo was just given a lien that he has to pay $1.9 million to the government and unfortunately Nida only had a net worth of $250,000! Does Apolo think Phaedra will clean up his mess?

When Phaedra was a no show to her husband's trial, rumors starting flying that Parks wanted out and the timing is perfect. Phaerda should not have to pay for her husband and his heft lien.Phaedra works very hard for everything she has and it is easy to witness her intense work ethis on Atlanta Housewives. Phaedra was was too busy filming Real Housewives of Atlanta to make the biggest trial of his life, sending out the message that she's ready for a divorce, and the rumors were correct. Apollo currently owes $2 million from stealing peoples' identities and committing multiple acts of fraud.  A divorce would let Phaedra off the hook from those debts. Parks husband was sentenced to 8 years behind in jail and his marriage is completely broken. It  has been a rough few month for the Real Housewives of Atlanta stars. Phaedra was apparently too busy filming RHOA to even attend Apollo's fraud trial!  What devoted wife skips their spouse's trial? Most likely, Phaedra didn't want to wait around for husband Apollo to get out of jail, and who can blame the southern bell? Nida was asked during a radio interview if he thinks his marriage with Phaedra could make it through the storm. Apollo answered honestly, "I doubt it."

Apollo added that he is still 'salty' that Phaedra didn't appear at his trial. But how angry can Nida possibly be with Parks? Now the Real Housewives of Atlanta starlet will have to raise two small children by herself, without her husband or the father of her children.  The 8 year prison sentence is sad, considering Apollo and Phaedra have three children together. But the prison term is well deserved and even a little light considering Nida was originally facing 30 years in jail for Nida stealing the identities of more than 50 people and laundered more than $2.3 million. In addition, Apollo allegedly opened bank accounts in those individuals' names, funneling stolen U.S. Treasury checks and auto loan proceeds into the accounts. Prosecutors say that Apollo, along with a few other criminals, also created fake documents and websites to secure them. Nida was previously convicted and sentenced to prison for racketeering and began serving his sentence July 28, 2004. He served nearly 5 years of his 18-year sentence before being paroled in May 2009. Apollo ALSO served close to 5 months from December 29, 1998 to May 14, 1999 for theft by receiving stolen goods.

His legal team said in a statement, "Mr. Nida's lengthy but early small-time criminal history is simply not in the same league as the 'violent offenders, drug kingpins and perpetrators of far more serious offenses' that Criminal History Category V was designed to address."

One fo my readers names 'Shaela' says: Apollo did not learn from his past mistakes and appreciate his opportunities upon getting out of prison his last time. His wife does not owe him anything more. Any woman willing to give you a chance and two children and put herself at scrutiny and death's door for you should not have to continue stepping out on limbs for you for you not to appreciate it. He is a three time loser and she should have shown more caution at two. SHE and her children deserve more, than what they received.

What do you think of Apollo Nida?
