Miley Cyrus is again giving the public something to talk about.

A photo posted on Cyrus Instagram showed her naked back while showering in a bathroom.

The photo used a heart emoticon to cover her backside and it was captioned Puerto Rican shower, MTV.com reported.

The 24-year old celebrity appeared to be on a vacation outside of the country. AMiley just recently worked with Designer Jeremy Scott to add designing to her already busy career.

In her 'Dirty Hippie,' show at the New York Fahion Week, Cyrus unveiled work such as bracelets, sculptures and bong.

She said her artwork had become as a sort of therapy for her saying that she had a "bad" start in 2014

This is not the first time though that Miley wanted to show her naked glory to the public, Telegraph has recently reported that the singer was in Alexander Wang's after party show with ice-cream coned shaped nipple tussle as her party dress.

Cyrus was also pictured in V Magazine without clothes courtesy of Karl Lagerfield. The report was quoted Lagerfeld as saying to Cyrus, as written on his quote with the photo, "your body is youth incarnate. I think in fact, you are a very decent girl and well educated, you just like to provoke. What is more fun than to shock the bourgeois anyway?"

Miley has been known to post raunchy photos of herself, but 2013 she posed naked for Marc Jacobs' Protect The Skin You're IN campaign, to raise awareness about skin cancer. She posed naked but covered sensitive parts of her body with her hands.

A singer, who was first known as the Hannah Montana, a popular show for kids has changed a lot since then. In earlier interviews, the Wrecking Ball singer has called herself 'semi-nudist."
