‘Bond 24’ Title Rumors, Release Date 2015 Delayed? Filming Locations Include Austria, Rome, Morocco

Though "Bond 24" principal photography was supposed to start shooting in October, new reports reveal production won't start until December 6, 2014, around the same time filming for "Bond 24" will begin. Will this delay push back the release date in 2015? Also, new details for "Bond 24" filming locations have been revealed!

According to Screen Rant, it was originally reported that the cast and crew of "Bond 24" - including Daniel Craig, who plays agent 007 James Bond - would begin principal photography in October 2014. However, last-minute script rewrites were needed to add some jokes to the latest installment in the James Bond franchise, pushing back the schedule by a couple months. Fans are worried that the delayed production date, which is now in early December, will also mean a later release date in 2015.

However, Screen Rant reports that director Sam Mendes will have plenty of time to put together "Bond 24" by the November 2015 release date. "For comparison's sake, 'Skyfall' began production in November 2011 before hitting theaters a year later," the publication writes.

According to the Bond fan-site MI6, production is expected to begin on December 6, 2014. The casting process for the new Bond girls and villain is currently underway, and Mendes will lead a table read of the script with the main actors (including Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Naomi Harris, and Ben Whishaw) in late November.

New details also reveal that "Bond 24," which has yet to receive an official title, will feature several shooting locations, including Austria, Rome, and Morocco. Of course, "Bond 24" will also have scenes at the legendary Pinewood Studios in England, home to many former James Bond films.

As we previously reported and according to MI6.com, Daniel Craig and the "Bond 24" team will head to a small town in Austria called Obertilliach, close to the Italian border, for three days in January to shoot "wintry action scenes."

It is believed that the Austrian town may double as Norway, though there has been no confirmation on these rumors.

The publication further reports that up the Austrian-Italian border, the larger town of Sölden is also rumored to be hosting location filming. Some are speculating that "Bond 24" may be the first in the James Bond franchise in the Daniel Craig era to see our favorite agent 007 on skis!

This isn't the first time Daniel Craig's James Bond has visited Austria: he filmed in Bregenz, Austria in 2008's "Quantum of Solace" for the opera sequence.

The release date for "Bond 24" is currently November 6, 2015.
