iPhone 6 Plus Battery: How It Will Be Different From The Previous Generation And How Can It Is Compared To Its Competition

iPhone 6 Plus Battery: Ever since the smartphone generation emerged and the iPhones became the gadget to get people hooked up online 24/7, battery problem has been a major concern has been a major issue for their line of handsets and with the release of the next generation iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, people are once again worried on how the battery life of these phones would perform.

During Apple's Fall press event, the tech giant from Cuppertino claimed that the new set of phones would be significantly better in terms of time. The iPhone 5s compared to the iPhone 6, however, doesn't seem to have that much change as compared to the iPhone 6 Plus that has an improved battery efficiency compared to the 5s. See picture blow for reference.

With a 5.5 inch screen on the iPhone 6 Plus, compared to its competitors, the Note 3 and Samsung Galaxy S4, the Apple phone has an increased capacity but still lacks the power it needs compared to Samsung's back up "Ultimate Power Saving Mode" which can extend a 10% battery on the Galaxy phone to up to 24 hours.

As reported by Silicon Angle, the iPhone 6 Plus' battery has a huge downside. First of all, the battery capability won't measure up to its size since it has a bigger capacity yet a bigger screen that would eat up battery life really fast.

For years, the removable battery has been a huge advantage for Samsung as an iPhone Battery is not accessible with its unibody design and it seems like there won't be any change in the new iPhone.

People are left hoping that the claims of Apple during their Press event of 16 days on standby compared to 10 days on the 5s is true.
