While Taylor Swift and Harry Styles breakup took place in 2013, it appeared that the blonde beauty was not ready to let go of her memories with the One Direction crooner.

Reports suggest that several songs in Swift's upcoming album, 1989, were inspired by her split with the 20-year-old hit maker. As per International Business Times, three out of 13 songs in the album seem to hint of Taylor Swift and Harry Styles breakup - "I Wish You Would," "Out of the Woods," and "All You Had to Do Was Stay."

The songs pertain to men who are scared of committing into relationships. One of the cited reasons for the couple's parting ways is the alleged unwillingness of Styles to remain loyal to the "Shake it Off" songstress.

One of the songs in Taylor Swift's new album is likewise titled "Style." Fans speculate that the songs is about the 1D member's short-lived romance with Kendall Jenner.

"Then there's the song that sets a new high-water mark for Swiftian faux secrecy--a sexy Miami Vice-sounding throwback about a guy with slicked-back hair and a white T-shirt and a girl in a tight little skirt that is called--no joke--'Style,'" Swift told Rolling Stone magazine.

Reports claim that Styles is already aware of his contribution to his former lady love's album. Instead of getting pissed, the "One Thing" crooner reportedly respects Swift's decision but thinks he is being used to promote the album.

 "Harry is actually surprised he's still a topic of conversation for Taylor. He never realized how much he hurt her, and if singing about her heartbreak makes her feel better, than that's cool. But he thinks it's more of a gimmick to sell records," claimed one insider to Hollywood Life.

"He totally respects her and doesn't have any bad feelings for her. He's just surprised that his name still comes up for her in interviews. That's all. He only wishes her happiness," said the same source.

Recently, Swift also confessed that she has not dated anyone following her split from Styles.
