Is Robert Pattinson married? Such is the question of some fans after a woman from Las Vegas recently made headlines for marrying the British actor. However, what Lauren Adkins married was a cardboard cut-out of Kristen Stewart's former boyfriend.

The 25-year-old initially bought the cut-out from a record store for $20. She said that she instantly fell in love with the cut-out and when one friend suggested a marriage, she did not think twice.

"People might think I'm crazy but my flat-pack R-Patz is the closest I'll get to the real thing and he's the one for me," she told The Mirror.

She likewise admitted to being obsessed with fairytales and as a child, she was a big fan of Disney princesses Snow White and Cinderella. As a teenager, she grew up loving the "Twilight" books and movies specifically because of Edward Cullen.

 "It was different from any love story I'd seen ­before - after all, the leading character was as likely to suck your blood as open the door for you. I was obsessed. Leading man Edward was quiet and ­mysterious, yet superhuman and invincible. And so sexy," she gushed.

Adkins tied the knot with "Robert Pattinson" at the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel. She got the chance to wear her dream white wedding dress and was likewise asked by the chapel if she'd opt for a traditional or an Elvis Presley-inspired minister.

The wedding had 50 guests and even if the ceremony amounted to more than $3,000, the blushing bride said she "didn't care" for she "wanted to do it properly."

Their honeymoon took place in Los Angeles and it specifically took place at night because of Cullen's inability to tolerate the sun as a vampire.

 "I had to carry him, and we had to do it at night because he can't be in the sun. But everyone makes sacrifices for the man they love, right?" she told the publication.
