Demi Lovato Previews New Sketchers Campaign: ‘I Really Don’t Care’ Star Promotes Confidence With Footwear Line

Demi Lovato is the new face of Sketchers.

The shoe brand, which announced its partnership with the star in July, recently released a behind-the-scenes look at the promotional campaign featuring Lovato, which will launch around the holidays.

"I literally wear Sketchers almost daily," said Lovato in the video.

"I like to be comfortable and that's where my Sketchers come in. I've really embraced my body and who I am. I think it's more beautiful and powerful when you carry yourself with confidence," she continued.

The "Really Don't Care" songstress also shared a photo of her campaign on Instagram, showing off a black pair of the comfortable, which also contains a fashionable leopard print trim and hot pink accents.

According to Sketchers' official blog, Lovato will appear in television, print, and online marketing ads all over the world through 2016, as well as on social media.

The former Disney star seems to be a perfect fit for Sketchers, as her style frequently fuses a fun and playful with a rock edge. The 22-year-old star even shaved a portion of her colorful hair, adding a funky, cool element to her personal style.

As for the union with the popular footwear company, Lovato says, "My generation grew up with [SKECTHERS], and now with all of their cool styles and fun colors I'm excited to help introduce the collection to a new generation by sharing this incredible brand's campaign with my Lovatics!"
