"The Originals" season 2 spoilers show that Marcel is all set to fight the werewolves and witches with his new army as cast Nathan Parsons stars in a civil war drama.

According to "The Originals" season 2 spoilers from Entertainment Weekly, based on the still photos released by the network, it appears that Elijah is on the run and fighting his own fight. After killing a werewolf, he seems to be taking its moonlight ring.

Marcel, meanwhile, is building his own army in preparation for a great war to bring back the vampire to their rightful place as tops in the food chain in the urban jungle of New Orleans. Klaus is still at the house refusing to get out as he finds himself weakened because of the moonlight rings.

There is also the problem about baby Hope, who had to be given up in order to be safe and that decision is sending both Klaus and Hayley into a tailspin, with the latter growing increasingly disturbed after her daughter's loss as well as her being a hybrid.

In other news, "The Originals" cast Nathan Parsons will headline "Point of Honor," a civil war family drama produced by Amazon, Deadline said.

The story "centers on best friends and brothers-in-law, John Rodes (Parsons) and Robert Sumner, who find themselves on opposite sides of the conflict," the site said.

It also stars Luke Benward of "Ravenswood" who will play Garland Rhodes, described as "the dashing black sheep of the Rhodes family."

The WetPaint, meanwhile, offered more "The Originals" season 2 spoilers as it said that Klaus and Elijah's parents, Mikael (Sebastian Roche) and Esther (Alice Evans), are back and causing havoc in the French Quarter.

"Hopefully Klaus and Elijah can band together as brothers and take down their crazy parents and regain power over the place they once called home," it said.
