CNBC States, "K-Pop has Become Another Symbol of Korea, Just Like the Cellphone"

U.S Media stated that K-Pop has become another symbol of Korea, just as the cell phone is.

CNBC released an article earlier about 'Bieber Move out of the Way...Here comes K-Pop'.

CNBC also stated that K-Pop was now another representative symbol along with the internet and cell phone.

The article stated that last year K-Pop made $1 million dollars, which was 112% more than in 2010. K-Pop has been making an average increase of 80% every year since 2007.

CNBC revealed that K-Pop had captured the eyes and ears of the world, in that K-Pop has a mix of hip-hop, R&B, electronic and other genres.

Another reason would be that the internet and social media networks have made K-Pop more accessible to the world.

Lastly, they state that K-Pop overseas expansion has made them now the world's leading exporter of K-Pop.
