Lana del Rey's boyfriend was recenlty spotted with Rita Ora's sister, which only triggered rumors that the photographer is cheating on the singer.

Apparently, Lana del Rey's boyfriend Francesco Carrozzini took Rita Ora's older sister Elena Sahatciu to the same New York coffee shop that he took his singer girlfriend five days earlier, according to the photos published on MailOnline.

"Of course there is no suggestion that the pair are anything more than friends but Elena's outing with Francesco was similar to his excursion with Lana on September 11," the British tabloid said.

The pictures also reveal Lana del Rey's boyfriend Francesco Carrozzini appearing to pinch the left cheek of Rita Ora's older sister Elena Sahatciu, the very same move he pulled on the "Summertime Sadness" singer a few days earlier.

After stepping out of the coffee shop and saying their goodbyes, Rita Ora's older sister Elena Sahatciu leaned in for a farewell kiss on the cheek.

Another customer at the coffee shop described the pair to UK's Mirror as "very cozy."

"They were very touchy-feely and both had beaming smiles as they sat together," the witness said.

According to the publication, Lana del Rey's boyfriend Francesco Carrozzini is one of the top fashion photographers in the world, with cover assignments for the likes ofVanity Fair, Vogue and the Rolling Stone under his belt.

Before hooking up with the photographer, Lana del Rey had a previous relationship with Barrie-James O'Neill, along with producer Steven Mertens as well as a record label owner which lasted for seven years on-and-off.

Lana del Rey cancelled her two appearances in Paris and on Live Lounge by Radio 1. The statement from her label said to explain the cancellations: "For medical reasons independent of our will, the artist has been forced to cancel all promotional activities planned in Europe over the coming days."
