Since the first time he saw it performed on stage in 1988, premiere actor Al Pacino never lose his dream of making a film project of the controversial Oscar Wilde classic.  The film had its premiere on Sunday at the BFI Southbank, Bedford London with the Scarface actor seen being comfortable with his long-term girlfriend and other co-stars Jessica Chastain who played Salome's role.

Salome is a classic play written in the 19^th century however, the church's oppositions towards the racy scenes between King Herod and his lustful interests towards his stepdaughter, Salome and the sexual involvement of John the Baptist lead the banning of the play. It was then in the later part of the 19^th century when it was performed on stage in London.  

In the 2014 "Wilde Salome," takes another stance by using a semi-documentary style in incorporating the Oscar-award winning actor's journey and challenges performing and directing the play. Scenes of Pacino travelling Europe to research on the background of the 20^th political, literary and religious landscapes that affect Wilde is juxtaposed with other scenes.

Meanwhile, the 74- year old actor is seen spending his girlfriend, Lucila Sola, 35 in the premiere of the film. The relationship has been going on for four years now but the couple never married. With them from time to time are Pacino's 13-year old twins, Anton James and Olivia Rose. Both were born from the actor's previous marriage to ex Beverly D'Angelo.

The Godfather actor is wearing his classic grey suit and black scarf. A dark blue undershirt can be seen in the pictures. Meanwhile, his lady is wearing an elegant black Grecian-inspired see-through dress with floral patterns in the chest area. Her elegant braids complemented well to her outfit.

They are seen together in a cozy pose in photos with Pacino signing autographs from fans in the pavement.

Jessica Chastain (who also stars in "Zero Dark Thirty") on the other hand, is seen in a pale yellow Erdem dress with plunging neck area and Rupert Sanderson shoes.

"Wilde Salome" is said to be released in British theaters on November 10.
