PlayStation TV Release Date In US Set On October 14 And Will Come Bundled With Three Digital Games For Free!

The PlayStation TV release date in the US has already been confirmed by Sony.

In the report of AFP, the PlayStation TV release date in the US is set on October 14 for $99.99. While "the set-top box is due to launch in Europe one month later with a price tag of €99.99."

According to the report of AFP, the PlayStation TV can provide access to a selection of PSP, PS Vista, PS One game. Users can also access TV shows, movies and music.

At Gamescom, Sony announced that the PlayStation TV will come bundled with three digital games for free, which are Worms Revolution Extreme, OlliOlli and Velocity Ultra.

Sony also released a list of Vita games which includes Killzone Mercenary, War Collection, Persona 4 Golden, Rayman Origins, Tomb Raider and others that will be compatible with the said device. You can also check on the PlayStation Blog.

The PlayStation TV is compatible with the DualShock 3 and DualShock 4 controllers. It has 1 GB of internal storage capacity and can be expand via memory card. According to Expert Reviews it will come with HDMI for connecting to the TV, Ethernet and USB port.

The PlayStation TV release date in the US "will be available in a bundle including a DualShock 3 controller, an 8 GB memory card and The Lego Movie Videogame for $139.99. No bundled offers have been announced so far for the European market," according to the report of the AFP.
