Fans are wondering about Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' baby photo which inspired Ellen DeGeneres to come up with a joke. On the September 23 episode of the Ellen DeGeneres show, the renowned host opted to tease the audience with the alleged baby photo.

"They are two attractive people. Can you imagine what their baby looks like?" said DeGeneres while holding a photo frame. However, when she lifted it, a bright light appeared which made it impossible for the viewers to see the picture.

"What a gorgeous baby. It really is," DeGeneres continued joking.

Since Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' baby came out, the new parents have been trying their best to protect their daughter's privacy. One source recently revealed the first-time parent's struggles with their newborn.

"Ryan is very hands on. Changes diapers, rocks her to sleep - they gave her her first bath together and videotaped everything," the insider told WebPro News.

"They're both great, but exhausted. They know it's going to be a little while before the baby adjusts to a schedule," another insider told E! News. Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' mothers are reportedly coming to the couple's house most of the time to assist in taking care of the baby.

With Gosling's excitement, does it mean that he will soon leave his duties as an actor?

In 2011, the "Notebook" actor told London Times that he'd try to juggle both acting and fatherhood.

"I'd like to be making babies but I'm not, so I'm making movies. When someone comes along, I don't think I'll be able to do both and I'm fine with that. I'll make movies until I make babies," he said.
