Sad news! Amber Rose has reportedly filed for divorce from husband Wiz Khalifa after one year of marriage.

The model reportedly seeking full custody of their 19-month-old son Sebastian.

According to TMZ, Rose cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce documents. Although she is reportedly asking for full legal and physical custody of Sebastian, the site claims that Rose is willing to let her ex have visitation rights.

The website also claims that the couple signed a prenuptial agreement, which will give Rose spousal support after the divorce.

Rose was spotted shopping in Beverly Hills on Tuesday without her wedding ring.

Just two weeks ago, Rose wished her husband a happy birthday on Instagram.

"Happy 27th Birthday @mistercap I'll love u forever.... Hope this year is an amazing one for u sweetheart ❤️," she captioned the romantic pic.

While no cause has been indicated for the split, news of the break up comes one day after Rose reportedly uploaded a nude photo of herself to Instagram. The model allegedly shared the picture on Tuesday in an effort to dissuade an Internet hacker from leaking any nude photos she may have taken. Rose quickly deleted the photo.

"Well before anyone tries to hack me I figured I'd release a brand new pic of how I actually look from... ," Rose wrote on Twitter as she posted the photo in question.

Reports of Rose's divorce from Wiz Khalifa, who she married on July 8, 2013, comes just one week after rumors began swirling that she was having an inappropriate relationship with Nick Cannon.

The "America's Got Talent," who is currently going through a divorce with ex Mariah Carey, reportedly signed on to represent Rose. TMZ claimed that Cannon helped the former stripper get a fashion-geared TV show deal as well as a book deal.

As for Khalifa, the "Work Hard, Play Hard" rapper has yet to comment on the personal matter but he has filled his Twitter page with positive messages in recent days. On Sept. 20, he posted a sweet photo with his son.

"Sebastian over everything," Khalifa captioned the pic.

Let's hope things remain amicable between the pair in spite of the divorce.
