Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey has a peculiar approach to losing weight. The champ took some time to discuss Ronda Rousey Pokemon characters and how her hobby started.

In a report by MMA Mania, Ronda Rousey Pokemon addiction got her to lose weight. She said, "I got the trading cards first. My first trading card was a Dragonair. Then I got the video game on Gameboy Color. My first one was Pokemon blue, and my first Pokemon was Charmander. I got immediately hooked. I lost a bunch of weight and I was a small kid. I wouldn't stop playing. I just had a stack of milk and graham crackers next to me because I wouldn't get up. I'll just have a cracker and keep playing."

"I've got every single version of every generation of the game," she added. "When Blue came out, I didn't just wait for Silver. I got Blue, I beat Blue. I got Red, I beat Red. I got Yellow, I beat Yellow. And when Gold and Silver and Platinum came out, I got all three of those and beat those. The first game I got, just on that one cartridge, had 200 hours on it. I've since done every single generation and every Pokemon since. The White, the Black, X, Y, Pokemon Stadium, Pokemon Stadium 2. The only ones I didn't play was Pokemon pinball, and that's like bullsh*t."

The star continued to talk about Ronda Rousey Pokemon special abilities, shields and powers. In a report by MMA Fighting, Ronda' secret weight loss approach involved eating graham crackers, drinking milk and playing Pokemon.

According to Fox Sports, there were talks that a fight between Rousey and Cris "Cyborg" Justino might be brewing. However, Cyborg has to drop from 145 to 135 pounds to face the champion in the same class. Reportedly, Justino said that dropping that much weight could be risky for her health. Rousey currently averages 61 kilograms for her fights.
