It seems Justin Bieber attended a dinner party recently where the motto was 'the more the merrier.' The R&B star reportedly feasted with not only Selena Gomez, but also ex-fling Chantel Jeffries.

The trio wasn't alone, however. A few other friends joined in the awkward fun, including the Bieb's new collaborator Cody Simpson.

Simpson's tour manager Justin Stirling posted the photo of the dinner party.

"nobu dinner with da crew," Stirling captioned the photo.

In the pic, Gomez, 22, appears to be staying close to Bieber, her rumored on-again boyfriend. Meanwhile, Jeffries, 20, is seated closer to Simpson.

Bieber was rumored to have dated Jeffries earlier this year. According to TMZ, the model was riding with the "As Long As You Love Me" singer when he got arrested for drag racing in Miami, FL.

The pair were also spotted on vacation in Panama.

However, now that the Biebs appears to have rekindled his romance with longtime girlfriend Gomez, it's peculiar that he chose to go to dinner with both ladies.

Some media outlets have linked Jeffries to Cody Simpson, who is good friends with Bieber.

In fact, Hollywood Life suggested that Jeffries may be the star of a new music video for Simpson's collaboration with Bieber.

On Sept. 20, Jeffries posted a photo on Instagram revealing that she was on set for the first day of a music video shoot with music producer Bera.

Meanwhile, Bieber posted an Instagram photo on the same date from the first day of the music video shoot for his collaboration with Simpson.

Could the two be one in the same? Probably not. But it that rumor is true, there seems to be an odd love quadrangle forming. Let's hope everyone stays professional.
