Watch "Guardians of the Galaxy" full movie again and again when its home video  editions hit the shelves later this year.

The "Guardians Of The Galaxy" DVD and Blu-ray release date has finally been confirmed. According to a report on DensofGeek, Amazon revealed that Guardians of the Galaxy Blu-ray and DVD editions will arrive on December 9.

Although there is no official announcement yet regarding the special features to be included in the Blu-Ray and DVD copies, James Gunn promised that it will have "a huge amount of extras and commentary."

As posted on HighDefDigest.com, the Blu-Ray set is available for $32.99 while the Blu-Ray 3D can be purchased for $39.99.

Even though it had a late summer release, the American superhero film "Guardians of the Galaxy" was able to top the box office charts. Released on August 1, the film has already earned more than $315 million in the country.

As for the worldwide box office records, "Guardians of the Galaxy" full movie already grossed more than $634 million, according to the September 25 stats on Box Office Mojo's website.

With more international theater release schedules for Guardians of the Galaxy next month, the film is expected to earn more. For instance, moviegoers in China will be able to watch "Guardians of the Galaxy" full movie in cinemas starting on October 10. Later next month, those in Italy and Switzerland will also have a chance to watch "Guardians of the Galaxy" full movie on the big screen.
