Carrie Underwood's baby bump was barely seen when the "American Idol" alum was photographed during the rehearsals of the Global Citizen Festival. Despite being pregnant, the "Jesus, Take the Wheel" singer is reportedly keen on maintaining her fitness regimen.

Mike Fisher's wife was radiating in pregnancy glow when she was spotted in Central Park in New York. Per Mail Online, Carrie Underwood's baby bump was barely visible in a monochromatic ensemble that consisted of a black hip-length shirt with a scoop neckline paired with black leggings. The "Jesus, Take the Wheel" singer completed her look with a "quirky fringed leg warmers."

While the former "American Idol" barely showed, the news site noticed that Carrie Underwood "placed a hand protectively" on her baby bump.

Even if the 31 year old is now expecting her first child, she's reportedly making sure that she stays fit throughout her pregnancy.

The country singer's trainer, Erin Oprea, told People that she is not making excuses as she continues with her work out. Reportedly, not much has changed with the singer's routine even if Carrie Underwood has a baby bump.

"She's a champ!" said Oprea.

But the "Jesus, Take the Wheel" singer is having "less high-impact jumping" and has turned to "hitting the punching bag and lifting weights."

"We're going for lighter weight, higher reps," the trainer added.

Apart from her fitness regimen, Mike Fisher's wife is also "eating 'clean' and staying hydrated."

Earlier this month, the singer thought of an unconventional way of announcing that she's having a child as she posted a photo of her dogs in her Twitter account wearing shirts printed with "I'm going to be a Big Brother/Sister."

The said picture, which also barely showed Carrie Underwood's baby bump, was captioned: "In honor of "Labor" Day...Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement. Their parents couldn't be happier!"
