Gotham Episode 2 Spoilers: Batman Prequel TV Show Focuses On Twosome Preying On Homeless Youth; Cast Jada Pinkett-Smith’s Fish Mooney At The Center Of Controversy?

"Gotham" episode 2 spoilers show how the Batman prequel TV show will focus on a pair of predators who will take advantage of the vulnerable youth. And it appears that cast Jada Pinkett-Smith's Fish Mooney is at the center of the controversy.

The TVLine reported "Gotham" episode 2 spoilers as it said that Frank Whaley and Lili Taylor will play the roles of Doug and Patti, "a terrible twosome who preys on Gotham City's homeless youth," in the second episode titled "Selina Kyle."

Selina Kyle, of course, refers to the villain later known as Catwoman.

The official "Gotham" episode 2 spoilers are revealed through the synopsis of the show which reads: "Detectives Gordon [Ben McKenzie] and Bullock [Donal Logue] investigate a child trafficking ring preying on Gotham's street kids, including Selina Kyle. Meanwhile, Penguin resurfaces in the countryside and begins to make his way back to Gotham, leaving victims in his wake."

Meanwhile, Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and his partner Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) again go to Fish Mooney who might have an idea of the identity of the two predators.

In the first episode of the Batman prequel TV show, it was revealed that nothing happens in Gotham without Fish Mooney knowing about it. It's also hinted that Detective Harvey Bullock and Fish Mooney have some arrangement going on-he stretches the law for her, while she provides him with vital information to bring down the big fishes.

Speaking to Calgary Herald, Ben McKenzie  talked about playing Det. Jim Gordon in the Batman TV prequel.

"You don't know ... what happened before Bruce (Wayne) became Batman. You don't know how all of these villains became who they became. You don't know how all the people who were going to become villains who just got killed, who didn't make it. You don't know how Jim navigated the terrain to get to where he ends up as commissioner. I think that's fascinating," he said.
