Taylor Swift Sued By Chauffeur Service For Diva Demands: Driver Claims He Was Not Allowed To Talk To Her

Is Taylor Swift a diva?

The "Shake it Off" singer is reportedly being sued by a chauffeur company, APG, was hired to transport her around New York City after the star's management firm, Firefly Entertainment, allegedly caused them major losses.

The limo service is also claiming that the star made particularly harsh demands.

According to TMZ, Taylor's company hired the limo service in June and immediately requested that business get two additional cars. APG apparently complied, leasing two new Chevy Suburban SUVs, which cost them $2,000 a month.

The New York Daily Mail reported that Firefly had a "list of issues" that APG "was supposed to 'remedy as soon as possible.'"

In addition, Swift's driver reportedly had specific guidelines on when he/she was allowed to talk to her.

The NYDP also reported that court papers revealed some of the details about Swift's demands, including "provisions APG was supposed to have in the vehicle when transporting Ms. Swift " and "under what circumstances they could speak to her."

Three weeks after making the arrangements for Swift, the pop star decided to forgo her agreement with APG.

The service was subsequently left holding the lease on the new cars. Firefly refused to purchase the vehicles or reimburse APG for its losses. Swift is now being sued by the business for cost that it incurred as a result of its dealings with her.

Swift moved to New York in April and currently lives in a $20 million loft in Tribeca. The star seems to have taken to city life in Manhattan. She is constantly spotted walking the streets and visiting celebrity friends.

Neither Swift nor Firefly Entertainment has yet commented on the lawsuit.
