Kate Upton is moving past the nude photo leak as she was seen shopping with boyfriend Justin Verlander at a luxury exercise gear. Meanwhile, it has been reported that the Sports Illustrated model and other celebrities is represented by famous lawyer against Google.

Twitter user Mariam Hanna posted a photo on Twitter of the couple shopping at Lululemon store in Birmingham, Michigan, which proved that Kate Upton's nude photo leak is a thing of the past. Hanna caption the pic: "Kate Upton and Justin Verlander in lulu!!!"

Larry Brown of Larry Brown Sports wrote: "I don't own any Lululemon gear, but from what I understand it's just really expensive EXERCISE CLOTHING. It's desirable either because its prices make it exclusive, or because it's more comfortable than any other workout/yoga clothes you can find. Or both."

However, he wrote that it's good that Kate Upton nude photo leak appears to be history after her intimate moments with her boyfriend Justin Verlander was splashed all over the Internet last month.

Meanwhile, Radar Online eported that Kate Upton could be moving past the nude photo leak but it doesn't mean she will take sitting down Google's refusal to take down the images of its search engine results page.

According to the site, lawyer Marty Singer-whom it described as "bulldog Hollywood lawyer"-is taking the cudgels for Kate Upton and other celebrities as he threatened Google to take down the photos or it will face a legal action worth $100 million.

"Google knows the images are hacked stolen property, private and confidential photos and videos unlawfully obtained and posted by pervert predators who are violating the victims' privacy rights yet Google has taken little or no action to stop these outrageous violations," the lawyer said in a statement.

"Like the NFL, which turned a blind eye while its players assaulted and victimized women and children, Google has turned a blind eye while its sites repeatedly exploit and victimize these women," the statement added about the Kate Upton and other celebrities' nude photo leak.
