Ex-Baywatch Star Nicole Eggert Sells 'Scoops' Ice Cream As New Enterprise After Suffering Bankruptcy

Ex-Baywatch star Nicole Eggert has recently announced in her Twitter followers that she is involved in her new ice cream-in-a-truck enterprise and proudly posted on Sunday that they can see her and buy ice cream in Studio City, California, the Daily Mail reports. This follows after previous reports about her struggling financially in the last few years that lead to the foreclosure of their house.

Playing the role of Summer Quinn, Nicole posted on Twitter before September 21, said to be the official date when she will officially open her ice cream business.

"Come get a Scoop from my truck tomorrow on Radford and Ventura!!!," she said.

In another Tweet, she said, "My new truck @scoops_truck thank you @darksidemotor !!! I absolutely love it! scoopsicecreamtruck.com look for us!"

The Baywatch star turned entrepreneur posted a photo of her Aqua-colored is 'Ice Cream Shoppe On Wheels' on Instagram weeks before its opening. She mentioned Darkside motoring for its repainting and renovating job making it look good again for business.

The pictures on Daily Mail further shows that the 42-year old ex-actress is busy during her first day in ripped shorts, black blouse with prints and a pair of sneakers. In one snap, she hands in an ice cream to a customer. In her background is the menu consisting of ice cream cake, root beer floats, soda and ice cream scoops ranging from $3-7.

Reports of Eggert's claims for bankruptcy have been featured in Radar Online last year when she strives to save her house from being foreclosed and her assets to be liquidated by the court because of her debts from creditors. As a resolution, the house was not foreclosed but they have to pay mortgage every month.

"In Nicole's case, she will be able to pay back the $60,000 debts on her home, in the form of $1,071.43 per month for 12 months to the bank, and a further $800 to her creditors.  Following the first year, Nicole will pay $1,320 per month for the next 48 months - leading to a total of $72,960 being paid off," the Daily Mail wrote.

Further, it is said that Eggert strives to fit in everything in her meager $795.76 per month.

Nicole Eggert has started being in Baywatch at a very young age. "When I was hired I was too young to be an actual lifeguard on the show. I was a rookie, a lifeguard in training," she said in a separate interview as mentioned by SheKnows.
